Services

  • We offer services charged by the hour in connection with land use planning, but also annual paying subscriptions only available for properties located in the French-speaking part of the Canton of Valais. You also get a free 7-day trial period to explore our services.

  • We offer subscriptions that allow you to obtain a wide range of information about land parcels in the French-speaking part of Valais. The “ONE” subscription will enable you to register, track and monitor the land parcel of one commune, while the “MULTI” subscription allows you to monitor up to five land parcels.

  • The subscription includes unlimited access to all the news and the web application available on the website, including the following services:

    • Interactive map showing the applications of building permit submitted to public inspection in the commune(s) of the land parcel(s) and those in neighbouring communes within 300 metres of the communal boundaries of the land parcel(s) being monitored;
    • Receipt by email of a weekly report in PDF format displaying on one or more maps the location of the applications of building permit submitted to the public inspection during the week and within 300 metres of their land parcel(s) and including the details of the objects. The details of the projects are also presented in summary form in tables. If there is no public inspections that meets the above criteria, no report will be sent to the Subscriber;
    • Collection of information related to land use planning in the commune(s) of the land parcel(s) (balance of building zones, category of communes according to the Service du développement territorial (SDT) of the canton of Valais, etc.), with email notifications for the most important;
    • 20% discount on our services invoiced by the hour (according to GSC availability);
    • Subscription to the newsletter.
  • Only land parcels located in the French-speaking part of the Canton of Valais in Switzerland are currently available for monitoring and follow-up.

  • The services of our subscriptions only cover applications concerning projects requiring a building permit according to the Building Law (LC, RS 705.1) of the Canton of Valais. Operating permits (restaurants, bars, etc.) are also available. Only applications located in communes in the French-speaking part of Valais are available.

  • No, details of publications and projects are only available in their original language, i.e. French.

  • The historical data available can be consulted until 1 October 2022.

  • The offer does not contain information about other announcements (traffic restrictions, signal changes, etc.).

  • The use of the website requires an Internet connection and equipment allowing access to it (computer, smartphone, etc.) with an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Brave, etc.) and JavaScript enabled on it. Without this configuration, the site’s services do not work or work only partially.

Account

  • The website can be accessed with or without creating an account. However, the content and services reserved for subscribers are only accessible to members with a subscription or those in a trial period with the relevant limitations.

  • Accounts whose email address has yet to be verified by their member will have limited access to the site’s services. These restrictions will be lifted as soon as the account’s email address is verified by its member.

  • No, sharing your account and subscription with another person is strictly forbidden.

  • The login and password are personal and not transferable.

  • Members can delete their account at any time directly under the settings tab of their account or by sending a request through the site’s contact form or email. Deletion automatically terminates any current membership.

  • You can change your information (name, surname, address, etc.) by logging into your account on our website and accessing the various tabs under settings.

  • We have security measures to protect your account information from unauthorised access. We also use encryption protocols to protect your information as it travels through our website. Please review our privacy policy to learn more about how we protect your personal information. Free trial period

  • The 7-day free trial is a special offer that allows you to explore all the features of our site for one week, from the date your e-mail address is verified.

  • During the trial period, you have full access to all the features of our site, although the content may be limited.

  • No, you don't need to provide any payment details to take advantage of our free trial period. It's completely non-binding.

  • To cancel your free trial, simply delete your account from your Dashboard.

  • No, you can only take advantage of the trial period once, regardless of the e-mail address used. Multiple attempts are not permitted.

  • The free trial period lasts 7 days from the date your e-mail address is verified.

  • Yes, you can take out a subscription at any time during the trial period or even after it has expired to continue to benefit from our services. We recommend that you avoid interruptions to monitoring, which can increase the risk to your property.

  • If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be automatically deleted six months after the end of the trial period.

Subscription

  • To take out a subscription, log in to your account and choose the desired “ONE” or “MULTI” subscription depending on the number of land parcels you wish to track and monitor (1 for “ONE” and a maximum of 5 for “MULTI”) and indicate the payment/billing details.

  • The “ONE” subscription allows you to track and monitor one land parcel, and the “MULTI” subscription will enable you to track and monitor up to 5 land parcels.

  • No, it is not possible to take out several subscriptions at the same time.

  • The subscription is concluded for one year from the date of order.

  • The subscription starts on the day the order is placed.

  • Yes, you can change the land parcels you track and monitor. However, there are limits to this. For the “ONE” plan, you can make one change per year, and for the “MULTI” plan, you can make five changes per year. Please note that changing a monitored land parcel will temporarily suspend monitoring and limit benefits until the new information provided is verified.

  • You can change a current subscription on the Subscription Details Page. For an upgrade to a higher subscription (“ONE” to “MULTI”), an additional fee will be charged based on the remaining days of the current subscription period. The change will be effective as soon as the subscription is upgraded. For a downgrade to a lower subscription ("MULTI” to “ONE”), the request will be taken into account at the next subscription renewal. It will change the costs associated with the use of the subscription, according to the “ONE” plan tariff in force.

  • The subscription is renewed tacitly from year to year, except in the event of express cancellation by the subscriber within the time limits and under the conditions stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTC).

  • The cancellation of your subscription must be requested by email with a notice period of thirty (30) days before the expiry date of the current subscription.

  • It is not possible to temporarily suspend a subscription.

  • It is strictly forbidden to share your subscription with other people.

  • You can contact us using our website’s contact form, email, or phone for help or advice about your subscription. We are at your disposal to answer all your questions and solve all your problems.

  • No, no reproduction is allowed.

  • No, none of these actions are permitted. It is strictly forbidden to copy, photocopy, reproduce or transfer to third parties this information.

  • Please get in touch with us by email, telephone, or using our contact form to report a problem or error. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly and provide you with appropriate assistance.

Payment

  • You must pay the total amount of the order within 20 days of the date of placing the order. We accept payments by invoice (e-banking or at the counter), credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the external service provider Stripe, and bank transfer. For billing addresses outside Switzerland, payment by credit card is mandatory.

  • Yes, payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) is available via the external provider Stripe. We do not have access to your confidential information or credit card number.

  • Yes, payment by bank transfer is accepted. The bank details for making the payment are shown on the document attached to the order confirmation email. If the name of the owner of the bank account used to make the transfer differs from the name of the subscription owner, please add the latter in the message accompanying the bank transfer.

  • A paper invoice is sent by post only if this payment method is expressly selected at the subscription time. Otherwise, a PDF invoice is attached to the order confirmation email.

  • Yes, payment by credit card is mandatory for billing addresses outside Switzerland.

  • In case of non-payment of the amounts due within the time limit, a reminder will be sent to you by email seven (7) days after the due date. Pay must be made within ten (10) days of the reminder email to ensure your subscription is not suspended and then terminated without notice.

  • If you have difficulty paying for your subscription, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss this. We can sometimes offer you payment solutions adapted to your situation.
